The Trumbull County Combined Health District will host COVID-19 vaccination clinics from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday and from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday at Eastwood Mall.

The clinics will be at the former Lane Bryant space near Center Court, next to Pandora and across from Auntie Anne’s Pretzels.

Moderna, Pfizer and Johnson & Johnson vaccines will be administered. Walk-ins will be accepted, but to register for an appointment, click here and bring your confirmation email or text with you to the appointment.

To speed up the check-in process, recipients are encouraged to visit the health district’s website to download, print and complete the COVID-19 Vaccine Administration Record form and bring it to the clinic. If you are receiving your additional or booster dose, bring your vaccine card with you to your appointment.

Ages of eligibility are 12 and older for the Pfizer vaccine, 5 to 11 for the Pfizer pediatric vaccine and 18 and older for the Moderna and Johnson & Johnson vaccines.
